Returns Policy

Only products that are faulty, damaged or not as described can be returned. All other returns are at the discretion of Wicked Whiskers Pet Boutique. All returned items must be in unopened, original resaleable condition for a refund or credit to be given.

Within 21 days of purchase.

Shipping for returns?

Original shipping rates paid by the customer are not refundable. Unless an item is being returned because it is faulty or damaged, as agreed by Wicked Whiskers Pet Boutique, all return shipping is to be paid by the customer, including the reshipping of items for exchanges.

Customers will be given credit for use on our website.

Packing materials?
All items need to be in original packaging for returns to be accepted.
